While walking past a park bench I noticed someone had spilled several glass beads, each a tiny fortune-teller's crystal ball, smashing some to shards.

There are several options for "crystal ball" depending on your mood: One by Styx, or Keane, or Pink, or Peter Tosh. I was happy to discover one by the English band Felt. I missed them completely in their heyday and now have the pleasure of digging through a deep catalog of interesting tracks.
