Amelia Earhart Bridge (to be demolished)

This truss bridge, dating to 1938, has finally lost all appeals and will be demolished. Traffic causes it to shake so badly that high shutter speeds are needed for a clear photo. At least the nearby railroad bridge will survive:

Update 2009:

The Earhart bridge is scheduled for replacement by a modern four-lane span with construction starting in 2009. The old span will be made available to anyone who can move it to a new location. Anybody need a beautiful bridge?
