Lead

Here's a lead and collar (collar suitable for a small-medium dog). We also have a medium dog harness. Mowgli is a muscular cat and when we moved in we harness trained him outside for a few days so he didn't run off straight away.

The cardboard to the side is to prevent Scampi weeing on the floor. She has a very un cat like habit of weeing in that corner and outside the litter tray in our bathroom. We've had her to the vets and had various UTI tests done but it is just her apparently.
