Freshly Red

Newly opening bloom of Rose Mr Lincoln in the morning sun - A brighter red but looser petaled flower than Rose Taboo in the previous photo. Mr Lincoln has been a gardener's favourite since 1964 when first released. It has very vigourous growth and often grows stems more than a metre long with a single big flower atop ! It is also beautifully perfumed.
