Bird's Eye view
This shot of nearly every student at Ardross Primary was taken from about 20m up a Lemon-scented Gum. I hung from a climbing rope while I hoisted a 1.5m nesting box, designed for Black Cockatoos, up to be attached to a sturdy fork of the tree. I had 2 adrenalin rushes: one from being up so high (I love being in the canopy), and one from having all the students watching the nest box THEY made getting put up in their school.
