Ukrainian troops work on a wrap up of the invasion of Romania but due to un foreseen resistance is expected to last at most one more day of fighting.

The 25th Air Borne Battalion over the last couple days has moved into Cluj-Napoca. After defeating the Romanian force at Dej the 25th mobilized and moved for Cluj-Napoca. On the way to Cluj-Napoca no resistance was met until they reached the outskirts of the city. The was a large defensive force here which has taken the last several days for the 25th to overcome. Taking 28 casualties in the taking of the city the 25th then stayed there for the rest of the invasion to to lack of troop numbers from the 43 losses they had taken as well as 13 wounded.

The 26th Air Borne Battalion also pushed to the city of Cluj-Napoca. The Romanian forces fighting the 26th at Huedin was of a larger scale then expected. The fight raged on for two and a half days till the Romanians pulled out do to a large KIA count. The 26th was not hit any lighter with at this point now bringing their KIA count to 21. After the Romanian forces pulled out the 26th pushed to Cluj-Napoca meeting the same resistance as the 25th. Working together in the siege they fully occupied the town this morning. The 26th will also be staying in Cluj-Napoca for the rest of the invasion do to their KIA count of 43 with 7 wounded.

The 27th Air Borne Battalion pushed in to the Romanian capital of Bucharest. On the 2nd day of the invasion the Romanian forces that were skirmishing with the 27th pulled out. On the way to Bucharest the 27th met these forces agin which turned out to be a unit of Romanian SF. The 27th used this to their advantage eliminating the Romanian check point on the way to the capital. Once reaching the capital the 27th was discovered and was met with heavy resistance by the defensive forces. The 27th fought in an all out siege of the capital for the last 6 days and this morning reported to have taken the capital. The 27th has a final KIA count including those who died in the air craft crash at 38 and 17 wounded.

The 28th Air Borne Battalion also pushed to the Romanian capital of Bucharest. At Urziceni on the 2nd day a medium sized Romanian force made contact with the 28th. Fighting till the 4th day the 28th over came the enemy and started the push for the capital. Slowly working their way through the enemy check point the 28th joined the siege on the 5th day giving the forces needed to make a drastic push in the city. The 28th now has a reported KIA count of 33 men and 8 wounded.

The 1st Вовки task force finished the taking of Braila the morning of the second day opening up the bottom of Romania to Ukrainian forces. The 6th Army Corps pushed through here into Romania and has been working its way across the country ever since. Now holding the line at Brasov they wait to push into the last Romanian stronghold at the city of Sibiu. The 1st Вовки broke off from the 6th and went to help finish taking the capital with the 27th and 28th.

THe 4th and 5th Ukrainian SF opened the northern Romania-Ukraine bored and on the second day the 8th Army Corps pushed pushed through at this point (withdrawn from Belarus). The joint force has been pushing through the country to their current position at Targu Mures. They wait to push into Sibiu with the 8th.

Ukrainian Air support was in a medium use during this invasion having high effectiveness on the Romanian forces.

Sorry I have been short on my Romanian invasion post. I would have officially taken the country today but I need one more build so I'm pushing it to tomorrow.
