Seattle Cream Cheese Dog

Google it, it's a thing! I found the recipe online accidentally. Large grilled hot dog, lightly toasted bun, cream cheese, caramelized sweet onion, sauerkraut and brown mustard. It was really good! Next time I make it, though, I'll put a little more of everything on!
