Tenant Houses?

Along the Delaware River stand 4 small houses. The interiors are gutted as if being renovated when the family sold to the NPS. Were they tenant houses? More deluxe accommodations from when Mrs. Rosencranz ran a campground on the farm? Or perhaps slated to be artist housing when the property was planned to be an outdoor Music venue? I do not know.
