tiny scar

Surgery was performed on the 18th of September.

The tube was removed the following Monday.

Waited until that Wednesday (I believe) to find out it was not cancer.

Was started on generic form of Synthroid because my endocrinologist was out of the country.

Mum rushed me into Emergency last Saturday after four days of blood pressure being 80/60 and constant feeling of falling (a nonstop ride on a roller coaster) nausea, headache, skin that hurts to touch all over, numb face.....blah, blah, blah.

Did blood work and my TSH came back high. The nurse sent me home, stating it was normal after surgery.

Saw my doctor today and he said it wasn't normal after being on a thyroid hormone over a week. He upped me to 0.125 mg a day on actual Synthroid.

My wound is healing up nicely, though. Now to get the world to stop spinning. Slowing down and being patient may sound all fine and dandy but when your kids need you to do this and that....it is starting to feel a tad overwhelming.

Body - heal yourself already.

[runs off to kiss the loo]

Feck.

Signed,

Miss Sunshine
