At home above ground

This was without doubt the most amazing moment of our recent trip to Africa. Leopard are such wonderful creatures and I treasure any opportunity to spend some time with these elusive cats.

 

 

This sighting was in the middle of the day. We were actually on our way back to camp when we stumbled upon this female completely at ease in this tree.
