Missing The Tide

They say time and tide wait of no man. The yellow-bladed thing behind the fort is the prototype tidal stream turbine that was meant to be installed in Ramsey sound off the coast of Pembrokeshire. Unfortunately, some time after it should have been generating electricity it was still sat here on the shore in Pembroke Dock, far out of range of the tide.
