Connecting What? (YD63UZM)

TrawsCymru's tagline is 'Connecting people and communities', and its objective is to 'provide medium- to long-distance bus services (of more than 25 miles) between towns and substantial communities'. Why then is YD63UZM, with TrawsCymru branding, seen here at Cardiff Airport? Cardiff Airport is not a town or a community. The 'Cardiff Airport Express' service it is operating is under 25 miles long also.
