Hand

This is one of several at Tohono Chul, part of an art-ecology exhibition. The hand has a hole in the top, and the water drains straight down to the bottom, to bring water underground to plants. On a bigger scale this is a great idea for getting water down to deeper roots. These have such tiny holes I doubt much gets down there, but they look really cool.
