BAKED APRICOT CHEESECAKE

This was a shop bought cheesecake and supposed to be enough for 12 people I divided it into 8 because Dennis and I had already had a large dinner, the pieces were OK, but if I'd not eaten so well before I would have cut it into 6 pieces, who are the people who eat such small portions of food?...not me for sure....
