There I am, a little shadow cast by the orange glow of the natural gas flare behind me.
Sometimes aurora photography in oil country leaves you with a little extra light pollution from all the flares burning brightly in the fields. To the right of the tallest trees is the historic Leduc No. 1 Oil well at the Energy Discovery Centre.
