Floating.

Following the derailment of 6C00 - GBRf’s 1715 Clitheroe – Carlisle Yard cement train - in Carlisle on 19 October 2022 recovery of the final three wagons was completed on 12 November.

 

This one was patched up, filled with helium gas and simply floated out of the way, but there was plenty of anchor chains to prevent it from escaping ;-)
