Parsley stored in the fridge for 3 weeks
I bought this a few days before Christmas. I chopped up a handful and kept it in an airtight storage dish for the food prepared that week.
The bunch of parsley was stored with its stems in water, its leaves wrapped with a paper towel and the whole thing covered with a loose plastic bag.
When I discovered it on Jan. 13 -- I was just putting something else away in the fridge and noticed a glass of stems -- it was still perfectly fresh and useable.
