Mixing of the working culture 3PM

I'd judge the volume to be about .25L This pic is just after I mixed it up at about 3PM.

 

At 8PM it was at about .5L.

 

At 11PM it was about .75L.

 

At 2AM it was at 1L.

 

At 3AM it seems to have maxed out at 1L.
