No Where To Go

Natural Disasters are something no one can stop or slow down. A prediction can be made on where and when it will happen base on the technology. But as far as stopping it, it cannot be done. New Orleans is a city that is under sea level and cannot handle two hours of moderate rain without flooding throughout the city. It is shaped a like a bowl and if a large storm was to hit the bowl would crack, because of the location of New Orleans. When Katrina hit the level at which New Orleans is at could not handle the mass amounts of water brought in. The structure of the levee collapsed and added more water to the city just turning it a true natural disasters. Flooding the city blocking roads bridges exits and entrances trapping most in the city and keeping help out.
