A Statement

One would think this is a message to the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government: separation of powers, congressional oversight, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, right to a speedy and fair trial, role of the judiciary. But, no, it is instead a protest to the Tacoma City Council. Nevertheless, constitutions do matter. At least I hope so.
