Those are the words of George Santayana, and the sentiment I felt as I watched scores of people with flags and signs in the center of our city, wanting to return to the days of the Soviet Union and Stalin. It's ironic that on this very space, five months ago, there was a candelight vigil to commemorate the deaths of between 6 and 7 million Ukrainians, from a famine enforced by Josef Stalin. www.flickr.com/photos/75323491@N00/8245888240/in/set-7215...
