Sparrow B: (The one, second from the right) Hey, who wants to join me to fight a war?

 

(Everyone is busy eating)

 

SB: (Seeing that no one is paying attention) Fight a war with a reward?

 

One pigeon asked while still picking n munching food: What reward? What kind of war?

 

SB: Fight a vicious dog with me. If it turns too aggressive and when Mr. Blackbird and me can't handle it, I need you all to come forward and give your most vicious poke on the dog! Unity is strength!

 

Another pigeon: You didn't say what kind of reward?

 

SB: Free food every Sunday! Like today!

 

Pigeon: Actually your gardener friend brings us food every Sunday, and even on Tue + Thu on winter early mornings. We wonder if she will continue to do this this winter. So your reward is not really reward unless she is not going to do it anymore?

 

SB: I'll check with her but will you be joining to fight the war?

 

Pigeon: Yes probably, when there is an extra meal. We will do anything.

 

(The rest agreed)
