LED Hand

It may not look like it but this is the same signal with the hand retrofitted with an LED module by Electrotechs. The module is designed to fit inside the existing reflector assembly and has a socket that mates with the back of the LED module. ODOT has had a love affair with this design for years and up until only last year, spec'd its pedestrian signals as incandescent. They would fit this module in the hand and leave the bulb in the man.
