Skeleton Trees

These sun-bleached skeletons were once living silverleaf oak trees along the Oracle Ridge Trail on Mount Lemmon in the Santa Catalinas of southern Arizona. The Aspen Fire destroyed vast areas of this part of the Coronado National Forest.
