Punk jumper
The Dimorphic Jumping Spider, Maevia inclemens, is named for the two, radically different forms of the mature males. Some are black like this, while others are gray with darker markings and yellow highlights. This one was in our back yard, where I have seen the gray form with much greater frequency.
