Replacement
On Sunday my lovely shiny iPhone 4 had an overheating incident, followed by another one on Monday. Also it started losing its charge at an alarming rate. A phone call to 3, put through to Apple and they promised me a replacement that day if I could get to an Apple Store. A trip into Birmingham town centre, and aforementioned shiny new phone (with contacts copied across) was placed into my sweaty hands
