The Tudor House, Tudor Street, Exeter

This old house is one of the last of the old buildings to survive in Tudor Street, on Exe Island. It is something of an enigma, for it is uncertain when it was built. English Heritage date it to the late 16th Century, without giving any evidence, while research suggests otherwise.
