Golden Warrior Pt. 7 - Ghostbusted.

Ted and I arrive at Dixon Docks and surprisingly there are no cops. Ted jumps out of the car after we park it out of sight.

 

"Let's go Goldie."

 

I hop out of the car and follow Ted to the warehouse. We run inside and we're met with darkness. No lights except one dim light shining where Scarface and the Venntriloquist and Gentleman Ghost are standing. I can see crates overflowing with weapons. Not just weapons you would see on thugs in movies, actual military grade stuff.

 

I motion Ted to run ahead.

 

"Alright, the jig is up!" Ted yells.

 

I run behind him. Switch my gauntlet to stun and shoot down both of the thugs.

 

As I do so Gentleman Ghost disappears. The only thing that stays is his cane.

 

"That's not even fair!"

 

"He's a cheater! Where's the fun in that?!"

 

"Alright, dummies! Stop ya chit-chat! Scram and I'll consider not wastin' ya right now!" Scarface says.

 

"We ain't afraid of no dummies!"

 

"Who you callin' a dummy?"

 

"I think he was referring to you, Scarface." Ted replies to Scarface.

 

Scarface points his gun at Ted.

 

"I said shut your trap!"

 

Enough of this man! I aim my gauntlet at the Ventriloquist.

 

"Dummy! Duck!"

 

Before the Ventriloquist ducks I shoot a stun laser. He falls dropping Scarface from his hands.

 

"You're such a dummy!"

 

That comment from Scarface honestly makes me question the Ventriloquist's sanity. How did he do that? He seemed out cold.

 

Ted grabs his handcuffs and puts them on the Ventriloquist.

 

He comes to as we prop him up.

 

"Oh no! Mister Scarface is gonna kill me. I screwed up! How did I? I knew I shouldn't let Mister Scarface trust that ghost."

 

This dude is insane!

 

I look at Ted and he has the same creepped out look on his face.

 

We wait for the cops to get here and take away the thugs and the Ventriloquist.

 

I wish that the Gentleman Ghost didn't run away. It would have been cool to say you actually caught a ghost.
