Shiny bits on the Camry
Given how much these arms and bolts cost me, I want to show them off! In total it was something like just under £300 for the bits, plus fitting. I was getting a terrible clonking off the rear suspension due to worn bushes on the outer ends of the lower control arms, now it feels (and sounds) really tight. Oddly this problem wasn’t actually an MoT fail as it wasn’t on the steered axle.
The car may not look immaculate, but it’s my daily driver and I like it to drive properly. It’s very solid underneath and with 98k miles on the clock should have years’ more life left in it yet. With spares available off the other ones I own I want to keep it going for as long as I can.
Next job is to get the dented door repaired…
