Father's day card for my Dad
My kids affectionately call my dad Appappen (word for Grandfather from the south Indian culture) and I wanted to personalize this card. I used the awesome dies designed by Miriam Prantner for Neat and Tangled on this card. I first watercoloured the panel using distress inks then once dried assembled the elements on a diagonal and placed 3 Lawn Fawn die cut hearts cut out of glitter paper. I also stamped a Lawn Fawn elephant on patterned paper and added it to the banner sentiment. I finally cut the watercolour piece on a diagonal and then placed it on the black card base.
