So pretty

Looks like Foie Gras, but tastes more like Bone Marrow, and Scallop roe...If that makes ANY sense. It just fantastic, with sweet/sour taste from the Su Miso(Vinegar+Miso), heat from the Ichimi Chili, and the Momiji Oroshi. The pretty Micro greens and Flower petals, as well as the Ki no me added a grassy tone to the dish too! A great start for a wonderful Culinary Rollercoaster ride:-)
