Egg castanets (castaneggs?)

The famous Cornwall chicken dance is a weekly celebration to welcome the arrival of eggs from the farm next door (the brown ones), which is a blessed relief because we are getting through a stack (10 at a pop if all the the buggers have boiled eggs for tea).

 

for WAH who are performing chicken dances. no. i have no idea either.
