11.06.07 - Salmon & Vegs

Today's lunch is a bit of a disappointment.. there was some problem with my stove plus I was pre-occupied with making the sandwiches so the potatoes were sorta overboiled. The mac & cheese was made with some mini star shape pasta but it doesn't show well in the photo as well. :(
