MV Cape Horn
This "Ready Reserve Force" ship is on the way out of San Francisco Bay. It is a roll-on roll-off vehicle carrier ship. According to Wikipedia it is "...owned, crewed, and maintained by the civilian United States Maritime Administration, but come(s) under control of the Military Sealift Command when activated. The MSC Sealift Program's Surge Project Office is responsible for RRF activities."
Fort Point is seen in the lower left. The National Park Service has this to say about it: "From its vantage point overlooking the spectacular Golden Gate, Fort Point protected San Francisco harbor from Confederate and foreign attack during and after the U.S. Civil War. Its beautifully arched casemates display the art of the master brick mason from the Civil War period."
