Ulsanbawi Rock, Seoraksan
It was quite a climb up to Ulsanbawi Rock (875m) up hundreds of steps but worth the effort. Behind me, on another lookout, with a man selling coffee and souvenirs! There were also a few groups of rockclimbers as well that day.
The tourist map describes it as a massive rock formation which is comprised of six peaks of giddy cliffs that are so high and steep that even birds cannot rest on them. It is believed on top of the rock there are five stone pots containing rainwater that are thousands of years old.
