Slottsskogen is a park that includes a rather infamous zoo. It's fee-free, hence my presence there... Alas, I still "have to" support it with tax money. D:
If you can read Swedish, HERE is the page of a campaign to give the animals better lives. Some of the problems involve small enclosures, lonely herd animals, understimulated animals, bad safety (the place is open 24-7) etc.
The campaign calls for the zoo to stop breeding animals and to not bring in any new ones.
