Bee and sweet pea
This bee tirelessly tried to climb inside this sweet pea flower; she was at it a good 10 minutes. I think this is the last time I'll try to photograph bees with a telephoto lens. I'm afraid of stinging insects, but the telephoto just isn't very good for this. Out of about 60 photos, this was the clearest one...and you can see how much it has been sharpened. I think I'll risk stings rather than continue to use the telephoto.
I think the telephoto sucks anyway because the photos always come out blurry. ALWAYS. Without exception. Why I bought it I'll never know.
