Gah, bad quality!! My game went all fuzzy while I was taking pictures-particularly Miko's. sigh.

 

Which music style would you say the band focuses on most?

 

We try to focus on all our music styles, but we all have a love of Jazz and Blues.

 

Which artists influence you the most when you are writing your music?

 

We all have our particular favourites, but an all-round favourite is Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong.

 

You write your own music, yet you also perform many old songs; which ones do you perform the most?

 

Doris most likes performing Doris Day's Que Sera, Sera and Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps. What a Wonderful World comes up a lot, as does Something Stupid, when either I or Louis stand up with one of the girls to sing the duet. Other songs that come up a lot are Walkin' in the Sun, The Wonder of You, and of course, I Will Always Love You. That's a particular favourite; Sera generally sings it solo, and Doris just does backup vocals. It's amazing because it really shows the power of Sera's voice.
