I can relate to this
This was one of the best days of our trip. We took the train from Munich to Fussen. This part of Bavaria is so pretty - I could see us living there. We made it to Neuschwanstein Castle but the tours were sold out for the day so we just ambled around the courtyard. We walked down the hill and ran into a great bratwurst stand with a gnome garden. We ended up wandering around Fussen before heading back to Munich. I'm glad we hit it this day since rain moved in as we were leaving.
