The North River Historic Ship Festival At Hudson River Park’s Took Place At Pier 25 In Lower Manhattan. Free Rides Were Offered On Fireboat John J Harvey And Tugboat Pegasus Throughout The Day. Also Dockside Tours Of Three Vessels -The Steamship Lilac, Lehigh Valley No.. 79 (a.k.a. the Waterfront Museum and Showboat Barge) And A Privately Owned Tall Ship Named Peacemaker.
