A Contract Was Awarded To Mace Contracting Of New Rochelle, NY For 3.4 Billion Dollars Under A Capital Improvement Project For The Tarrytown Restoration Project. The Piles Were Supposed To Be Driven Into The Hudson River Next To The Tarrytown Lighthouse. However, The Piles Were Not Delivered To The Job Site.
