As a journalist I have been covering how Norway responded to the horrible acts of terror committed by Anders Behring Breivik on July 22nd 2011. He killed 77 people - mostly children and young people. The pictures are meant to show the shock and sorrow his terror created, but also how the Norwegians responded to his terror by coming together and by insisting that his terror should not jeopardize their democracy, openness, and beautiful (and very rainful) country. Normally I like to get comments about my pictures, but with this seria of pictures I find it inapproriate to comment on the technical and aestetic side of the pictures. So look at them and remember the 77 people whose lives Breivik took away. His terror showed how fragile life is and that it is still necessary not to take democracy for granted.
