Tinted BW Effect Using Gradient Map
I created the gradient map adjustment layer using a dark navy blue & very pale yellow (almost white), then brought down the opacity to about 90%. I followed the tutorial at www.iheartfaces.com/2010/10/tinted-black-and-white-using-... given by Michelle Johnson.
