I cropped the city photograph and applied Filter > Distort Lens Correct to align the photograph and set the angles. Dodge the edge of the sky line. Then adjust the level of Filter > Other > Offset. Using the healing brush to fix the hard middle line. Image > Image Size > Uncheck Constrain Proportions. Edit > Transform > Flip Vertically.
Filter > Radial Blur > Zoom Blur afterwards.
With the duplicate layer, set the opacity to Color Dodge and opacity to 75%.
With the background layer, add Filter > Render > Clouds. Select that layer to Hard Light Blending Mode and Opacity of 75%. Add an outer glow to my planet layer. Add a basic shape, I chose a sun and added a drop shadow, bevel and emboss, and outer glow to the shape. Duplicate the shape and add multiply blending mode. Added the text and add drop shadow, outer glow, gradient overlay, stroke.
