Smoked and grilled Pork

Served with pickled button mushroom, cream of Bbq vegetables, tomato and onion. The pork was sourced not too far from the restaurant location and it was superb. The pork belly was amazing; heavenly crispy skin, sinful 'fat' and fragrant. The pork fillet was succulent but not as flavorful as I expected. The clear sauce was from pork's jus; it was also rather weak in taste. The vegetable cream and pickled mushroom would balance any intense flavor. Overall, it's still an excellent dish!
