This problem could be solved by a variety of methods I believe. I would cost some money but it would be worth it in the long run. I think if people didn’t have to pay for garbage pickup. If it was free people might not throw their trash in streams and creeks. The local government needs to use either people in jails or pay people to clean the creeks and streams. This would make our area beautiful and keep our drinking water healthier. I think that if our community would make donations and other contributions that we could help bring about this change.
