Collection of Food "Pods" in Portland, OR

 

This isn't one brick'n'mortar restaurant. Instead it's a collection of mobile diners, or "pods", with offerings ranging from Southern BBQ to Sushi to a German Bier Garden. With such variety there are too many delicious food choices here to recommend just one, but that only means you'll have no problem whatsoever finding foods to suit the moment.
