Lamp pillars like this one are common throughout the Lackawanna Station shopping center complex, but these lamps can't possibly provide that much light in the evening hours. They're small orbs of glass smaller than the bases they rest on.
Except for total darkness, nothing is sadder than once-vibrant business districts falling into . . . insufficient light.
Anyone want to rent office space? The real estate agent and the number are right there on that sign. :-p
