The Write Group Reads, June 19, 2009: Jim Brancaleone, Again
Jim is a Detroit native who moved to New York and got his first writing job at the Doyle Dane Bernbach advertising agency, writing copy for the firm's Volkswagen campaign.
He's kind of a hero to me, yes. . . . :-D
I've seen several of those old DDB Volkswagen ads, but I don't know which of them were Jim's.
