The Soviet part of the map showing the two Soviet entry locations - near the roads. The stream is fordable to tracked vehicles, but not wheeled vehicls. The river banks are soft so a tracked vehicle takes two bog checks going across the stream which was about 4-5" wide whereas the Soviet armor could move 10" in the woods.
